About WCJ
At WCJ, we strive to develop young women into confident, successful volleyball athletes. Players develop at different rates throughout their volleyball careers — it takes time, patience, and attention to detail to build high-level skill.
WCJ focuses on the individual skills required to be successful in every aspect of volleyball. We prepare each athlete for her upcoming season with intensity tailored to her level. We want every girl to feel prepared and confident in her game.
Every girl will be a success when she finds and lives her passion.
Athletes attend one evaluation night specific to their age group. Coaches assess fundamental skills, athleticism, and volleyball IQ over the two-hour session.
Tryout fee is $100 with a $350 deposit due at offer acceptance. Full season fees vary by age group and travel schedule and are communicated at offers.

Younger age groups stay local and regional. 14s–16s travel to select regional and national tournaments. Specific schedules are published once teams are formed.
